This is a complementary health
science where pressure is applied to reflex areas in each hand and foot.
This encourages improved instruction to each and every gland, organ,
and part of the body. It persuades the body to correct, strengthen and
balance, normalize and reach homeostasis. There are points on the hands
and feet that correspond or reflex to all areas of the body. Each organ
of the body represents a corresponding reflex point. Reflexology uses
pressure, rubbing ,pulling and massaging the proper points of the feet
and ankles, or hands and wrists, to release blockages and help re-establish
energy flows and thus the health of the correspond organ.
